Official Rules
No Purchase Necessary. Membership is not required to enter or win. The odds of winning depend on the total number of qualified entries received. A purchase does not improve the chances of winning.
Eligibility: This promotion is open to legal U.S. residents of legal age in their state of residence as of the date of entry. Only one entry per person. Entrants must be teachers or administrators employed at schools located in one of the following counties: Georgia: Muscogee, Chattahoochee, Harris, Marion; and Alabama: Lee, Russell, Macon
Employees of Kinetic Credit Union and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible.
All winners will be notified by Kinetic Credit Union. If a prize is unclaimed, an alternate winner may be selected.
Promotion Period: The promotion begins Monday, May 4, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. EST, and ends Thursday, May 7, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. EST.
How to Enter: Comment on the designated Facebook post with your name, school, and position.
Prizes: Five (5) winners will each receive one (1) $50 gift card. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted.
Drawing & Notification: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. The selection is final.
Publicity Release: By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
Taxes: Winners are responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with prize acceptance or use. If applicable, the value of the prize may be reported to tax authorities.
Liability Release: By participating, all entrants, including the winner(s) and their households, agree to release and hold harmless Kinetic Credit Union, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from participation in the promotion or the use or misuse of any prize.
Winner Announcement: Winners’ names may be posted at Kinetic Credit Union branches, on the Credit Union’s website, and published in its newsletters or other informational resources.
Void Where Prohibited: This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
