  • Rename your Accounts

    It can be difficult to remember your account numbers and telling your accounts apart, which is why we give you the option to rename your accounts. Are you saving for a special vacation? You could name your savings account Vacation

    To give your account a new name or modify an existing one, follow these steps:

    1. Sign into your eBranch Account on This can not be done within the Kinetic app.

    2. Click on Settings in the Accounts section.

    3. Edit the name of the account.

    4. Enter a nickname for your account in the Nickname field.

    5. Save and click Go to My Accounts.

    6. Your new Account Name will be listed.

    *Renaming your account will only serve as a nickname. This will not change the name of the account on your statement. The nickname will appear within eBranch and the Kinetic App.

    Bill Payment and Presentment allows you to receive, view, manage, and pay your paper and electronic bills from within eBranch. Whether it's utilities, your mortgage or even your babysitter, you have the freedom to pay your bills when you want and from the comfort of your own home.

    You can schedule payments 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and there is no limit on the number of bills you pay per month. Members with a checking account can register by simply clicking on the Bill Pay link in the eBranch menu.

    Pay people the easy way with Popmoney® — the personal payment service now available in eBranch.

    Now you don’t need to write a check or carry cash to pay people. All you need is their email address and/or cellphone number, and you can pay them with the Popmoney personal payment service.

    We take your security and privacy very seriously. In an effort to protect you from current fraud trends, we have restricted certain types of transactions and locations. Informing us of travel isn’t required, but will help ensure that your card purchases are not declined by our Fraud Detection Center. If suspicious transactions are detected, a fraud specialist will attempt to call you.

    Click here to make a payment on your loan or to make a deposit using a non-Kinetic debit card. Call (866)-310-6882 to complete a one-time transaction. There is a $7.95 fee for this service. 


  • Direct Deposit / Allotment

    An easy alternative to waiting in line to cash your check, Kinetic offers you the option to have pre-authorized deposits and allotments (i.e., payroll checks, Social Security or retirement checks, or other government checks) to your Regular Savings account or Checking account as long as the payer has the ability to do so. To take advantage of this free service, you must authorize and set up any direct deposit or allotment to your account(s).

  • Funds Transfer

    Easily move money between your accounts at Kinetic and other financial institutions. Simply log in to eBranch and go to Move Money. Click on Funds Transfers and Transfer between your Kinetic account.

    • Schedule automatic, recurring transfers for a simple savings plan.
    • Control your money from one dashboard - fast and easy.
  • Automatic Transfer

    Do you try to save money each pay period, but struggle to keep yourself from spending it? Consider setting up an automatic transfer. When you have an electronic direct deposit or allotment to your Kinetic account, every time you are paid you can have a set amount automatically transferred to one or more Kinetic Savings accounts, to your Kinetic Checking account, or another Kinetic member's account.

  • Incoming Wire Instructions

    When wiring money to a Kinetic account from another financial institution you will need to provide the financial institution from which you are sending the wire with the following information:

    • ABA Number (routing and transit): 311990511
    • For Deposit: Kinetic Credit Union
    • Account Number: 261171671
    • F.F.C.: The account owners name and their Kinetic account number (specify savings or checking)

  • Electronic Wire

    Do you need to send money and regular mail is simply not fast enough? Or do you have an emergency and you need family or friends to send you money fast? Try a "financial institution-to-financial institution" wire transfer.

    It is fast, secure, and the money is directly deposited to the account you specify. Kinetic allows you to send wires from any of your Kinetic Savings or Checking accounts and receive wires to your Kinetic Regular Savings and Checking account. Drop by any Full-Service Branch or call our Communication Center at 706.320.8500.

  • Electronic Withdrawal / Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)

    Did you forget to pay a bill and are too late to send it through regular mail? Most companies today are able to accept check-by-phone or check-by-internet. In this situation, you will need to know what information to give to the company in order to have the funds deducted from your checking account. For the funds to be deducted from your checking account, you will need to provide the company with the following: Kinetic’s routing number (261171671), your complete account number and a check number.

    In some cases, companies have the ability to draft funds from your savings account through EFT. If you would like the funds to be drafted from your savings account, you will need to provide Kinetic’s routing number and your member number.
