Eligibility
The Blackstone® Referral Promotion (“Promotion”) is open to legal U.S. residents who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence and are a member of Kinetic Credit Union. The Promotion begins July 15, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. ET and ends August 31, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Employees of Kinetic Credit Union and their immediate family members residing in the same household are not eligible to participate.
By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Kinetic Credit Union, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.
How to Participate
To participate, refer friends or family using Kinetic Credit Union’s referral program during the Promotion Period.
A registered referral is a referral that successfully completes the referral registration process using the unique referral link from the referrer. Referred individuals are not required to open an account for the referral to count.
Winner Selection
Four (4) winners will be awarded. Winners will be the members with the highest number of registered referrals received between July 15, 2026 and August 31, 2026.
Estimated Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend entirely on the number of eligible participants and the number of registered referrals submitted during the Promotion Period.
In the event of a tie, the tied participant whose final qualifying registered referral was received first during the Promotion Period will be declared the winner.
Winner Notification: Winners will be chosen and notified on Friday, September 4, 2026, via the contact information associated with their Kinetic Credit Union membership (phone, email, or mail).

If a winner is determined to be ineligible or declines the prize, Kinetic Credit Union may select the next eligible participant based on referral totals.
Prize
Each winner will receive one (1) Blackstone® Griddle. Four (4) prizes will be awarded. Retail value: $159.99
Each winner is responsible for pickup of the prize and/or for all shipping, handling, insurance, and any other costs associated with receipt of the prize. Sponsor will not reimburse the winner for any such expenses.
Winners are responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, each winner grants Kinetic Credit Union permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, photograph, and hometown for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Kinetic Credit Union reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion.
Kinetic Credit Union reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the referral process or violates these Official Rules.
Kinetic Credit Union is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, misdirected, or failed referral registrations or for technical malfunctions, network failures, or other errors beyond its reasonable control.
Release of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Kinetic Credit Union, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, or liability arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Governing Law
The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in Georgia.
Privacy
Information collected in connection with this Promotion is subject to Kinetic Credit Union’s Privacy Policy.
