Kinetic Credit Union is seeking high energy candidates for the position Technology Guide. This position is responsible for greeting credit union members and visitors and directing them to the appropriate employees.  Answers basic questions about credit union products and services.  Provides input to management in the overall operation of the branch as it relates to members, and coordinates the flow of traffic in branch lobby. Duties include but are not limited too:

  • Properly greets members entering the branch.  Works the sales floor to proactively interact with members to build lasting relationships.
  • Able to comfortably communicate and create relationships with members through active conversations to uncover potential needs.  Refers products and services to FSRs/MAs when appropriate
  • Generates a positive atmosphere in the branch in order to educate members through demonstrations and providing information and literature.
  • Demonstrates an unsurpassed commitment to exceptional member service and teamwork that ensures an outstanding experience with each encounter.
  • Is able to clearly and effectively communicate with members and all levels of staff in oral and written form and is proficient with applicable technology.

This position requires a high school diploma or the equivalent and a commensurate level of language, math and reasoning skills. Excellent communication skills are necessary.  Experience operating a telephone console is strongly preferred.  Training in or experience using a personal computer is desirable. At least one year of related experience is required.  Formal training should be supplemented with continuing education.
