Kinetic is seeking a seasoned, high energy sales and service professional to develop strong relationships with commercial and business clients. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develops and coordinates strategies to grow the credit union’s member business account and loan portfolio.

  • Responsible for the initial and ongoing relationship with prospects and members. Works with credit union underwriters on the process of funding and closing loans.

  • Expands the visibility of the credit union within the local business community and forms relationships/partnerships that benefit the credit union’s business program and overall company brand.

  • Represents the credit union at a variety of community and civic events as needed.

This positons requires a flexible schedule. A four-year college degree is preferred. In addition three years of experience in a related field with equal responsibilities is acceptable. A well-rounded knowledge of credit union banking operations, including loans, deposits and real estate transactions, such as would normally be obtained through three or more years of experience in a related position, is also required. Experience working with small business owners is desired. Must possess strong interpersonal sales skills in a business-to-business selling environment.
